Online sessions only via Zoom or Skype
Your session includes:
- an assessment interview at the time your session is booked;
- clarification of your intention at the commencement of your session;
- a relaxation exercise to initiate your regression;
- meditative guidance throughout to optimize potential benefits;
- a debriefing afterward to discuss your experience and answer any questions.
It is recommended that you prepare a list of questions prior to the session.
